About Menotopia

A space for real women to share real experiences with perimenopause and menopause. Find answers, ask questions, and connect with others who get it.

A community for real talk on perimenopause and menopause.

Menopause, perimenopause, and hormone shifts weren’t things most of us grew up discussing. When perimenopause hits, it can feel confusing. Sleep gets weird, moods swing, memory slips, and weight changes show up without a clear why.

I know because I lived it. I’m not a doctor. I created Menotopia after feeling unprepared and alone. It took time to find the right care, try treatments, and rebuild what I had lost, my energy, clarity, and sense of control. With a doctor who listened, plus supplements and HRT, I began to feel like myself again.

No woman should face this without support or practical information. That’s why Menotopia exists.
